• Main Tasks
  

Welcome customers and guide them within the store

Provide a distinguished customer experience that reflects a positive image of the brand

Provide accurate and comprehensive information about products and their prices

Maintain store organization, product arrangement, and ensure correct pricing

Issue product purchase orders and manage incoming inventory

Manage payment transactions and receive payments from customers

Handle exchange and return requests according to store policy

Convey customer feedback and requests to management to contribute to improving and developing services

• Required Skills
  

Initial experience in sales and retail (especially in fashion or products)

Familiarity with customer behavior and customer service principles

Proficiency in communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with customers
