The Partner and Investor Role

LexMemo is seeking a Partner and Investor to support the strategic growth and expansion of its platform. This is a remote, contract position based in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, suitable for individuals with over 10 years of experience who wish to combine capital investment with active strategic involvement in a legal technology venture. The role involves collaboration with the founding team on business strategy and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluating and shaping product-market fit for the platform.
• Identifying partnership opportunities with law firms and legal offices in Egypt and the Gulf region.
• Contributing to fundraising and investment planning.
• Reviewing performance metrics to guide strategic decisions.
• Advising on pricing, go-to-market, and customer acquisition strategies.
• Providing input on key product and business decisions.

Required Experience

• Over 10 years of professional experience, ideally in strategic roles within technology, legal, or investment sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to business strategy and growth initiatives.

Work Arrangement

This is a remote, contract position. The role requires collaboration with the founding team on a day-to-day basis, focusing on strategic support and expansion efforts within the target regions.
