Client Partner

About the Role

HRsource is seeking a Client Partner to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time individual contributor role focuses on developing and expanding relationships with brands and agencies through a creator marketplace. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients in planning, launching, and scaling creator-led campaigns to drive revenue growth and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of key brand and agency accounts.
• Utilize existing industry relationships and networks to generate new business opportunities.
• Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for clients.
• Develop creator marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive revenue growth through renewals, upselling, and long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with creators, campaign managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Present campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to clients.
• Build senior-level relationships across marketing and brand teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends, platform updates, and developments within the creator economy.
• Contribute to shaping internal processes and scaling the client partnerships function.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in client partnerships, account management, influencer marketing, media, advertising, or a related field.
• A strong existing book of business and industry contacts across brands and/or agencies.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing strategic client relationships.
• Strong understanding of the creator economy and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation ability.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an individual contributor role within a startup or scale-up environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at a creator marketplace, talent agency, media agency, or social platform.
• Existing relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Familiarity with campaign analytics and reporting.
• Experience negotiating partnerships or media deals.
