About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia is seeking a Learning Business Partner to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time role is integral to ensuring associates work in a safe, quality-focused environment by managing the learning needs of all employees within a fulfillment center. The position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves understanding business needs, analyzing issues, and influencing solutions.

Role Context and Impact

The Learning Business Partner is a member of the leadership team within a fulfillment center, responsible for delivering high-quality safety compliance, process, and onboarding training. This role involves close collaboration with a central Middle East, Africa, and Turkey (MEATR) team to prioritize and deploy training programs, from large-scale process training to ongoing leader development. The position operates within a dynamic and challenging Amazon Fulfillment Center environment, requiring time on the warehouse floor to support teams directly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Learning Associates and a Learning Specialist.
  • Manage end-to-end associate and leader training programs at the site, from needs analysis to execution.
  • Lead groups of learning professionals across AMET to identify and share best practices.
  • Plan, develop, and evaluate all training initiatives in collaboration with the senior team and Amazon’s central leadership function.
  • Proactively identify and deploy training/coaching solutions to address quality and productivity requirements within the Fulfillment Center.
  • Identify and align individual leadership development plans, build a catalog of learning content, and facilitate training delivery and completion.
  • Provide coaching and feedback on leadership topics through one-on-one sessions and facilitated workshops.
  • Ensure full safety compliance is met.
  • Analyze data to suggest improvements for training and operations.
  • Track and communicate Learning Department goals, assignments, and progress locally and at a network level.
  • Create, manage, and update training content and associate compliance audits.
  • Partner with country-level leaders to implement efficient and effective training solutions.
  • Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly senior meetings.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience managing a team with a focus on career development and succession planning.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting performance metrics, combined with advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to influence and engage multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrated initiative to understand business needs, analyze issues, and drive solutions.
  • Understanding of warehouse operations to provide efficient and effective support.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage, and complete projects with tight deadlines.

Work Environment

This role is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, within an Amazon Fulfillment Center. It is a full-time position that requires a presence on the warehouse floor, working closely with operational teams in a dynamic and growing environment.
