Accountant / Accounting required for remote work

We are looking for an accountant for remote work, with practical experience in accounting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and experience in the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) systems, to join the team.

Job Duties:

• Daily follow-up of accounts and financial operations.
• Follow up on opening and closing shifts daily and ensure the accuracy of all financial operations.
• Daily follow-up of employees and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Review revenues, expenses, and daily reconciliations.
• Prepare and submit tax and zakat returns.
• Deal with the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) platform.
• Prepare periodic financial reports and submit them to management.
• Follow up on accounts receivable and payable and bank reconciliations.
• Provide accounting support to management and suggest solutions to improve workflow.

Conditions:

• Experience of no less than 3 years in accounting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Practical experience in Value Added Tax and Zakat.
• Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Commitment to daily follow-up and quick response during working hours.
• Accuracy, honesty, and responsibility.
• Preference for those with experience in commercial or service activities.
