Sales and Business Development Manager – B2B + B2C

Rawae Al Zar'a Contracting Company announces a job opportunity for a Sales and Business Development Manager with strong experience in B2B corporate sales, attracting contracts and projects, and communicating with various companies and entities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Search for new opportunities, contracts, and projects and communicate with potential clients from companies and institutions.
• Build and develop a network of relationships with companies, contractors, developers, and related entities.
• Reach decision-makers, procurement, and project managers and introduce the company's services.
• Follow up on commercial opportunities from initial contact to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closing.
• Work on bringing new contracts to the company and developing sales channels and partnerships.
• Follow up with clients and build long-term business relationships.
• Achieve agreed-upon sales and contract targets.

Requirements:
• Previous and proven experience in sales and business development, preferably in B2B corporate sales.
• Experience in attracting contracts and projects, negotiation, and closing deals.
• A good network in the corporate sector is a plus.
• High communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, practical personality, capable of seeking opportunities and converting them into actual contracts.
• Preferably, experience in the contracting, finishing, landscaping, real estate, or corporate services sectors.
