B2B Sales Manager

Kobo is a Saudi brand specializing in heat-retaining cups. We are looking for an ambitious and proactive individual to join us as a corporate sales representative, responsible for building sales opportunities with companies and closing deals.

 

Required Tasks:  

* Research potential companies and entities and open new sales opportunities.

* Communicate with decision-makers in target companies and entities.

* Present Kobo products and customization services such as engraving and printing.

* Follow up with clients and manage negotiations until the deal is closed.

* Prepare and send price offers to clients according to approved prices and policies.

* Build long-term relationships with B2B clients.

* Document clients, opportunities, and sales stages in CRM (HubSpot).

* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets.

We are looking for someone

* With high skills in communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing deals.

* Proactive and able to find clients and open opportunities independently, not relying on ready-made leads.

* With previous experience in sales or B2B, preferably with a network of contacts with companies.

* Organized and skilled in following up with clients and documenting opportunities.

* Able to handle rejection and continue follow-up.

* Proficient in using communication tools and CRM.

 Compensation

Commission-based system only - no fixed salary.

The sales representative receives 7% of the net sales collected for the deals they source and close.

Commission is calculated after collecting the order value from the client.

Example:

A deal worth 50,000 SAR → commission of 3,500 SAR.

There is no upper limit to commissions; the more you sell, the more you earn.
