Job Description

Nufuna Perfumes is looking for an exceptional and creative individual to lead the brand's digital content, possessing practical experience in content creation, photography, editing, social media management, and performance analysis, with the ability to develop and qualify the current team and enhance content quality in line with growth and sales objectives.

We are looking for someone who understands how digital platform algorithms work and can transform ideas into content that achieves reach, engagement, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and supervising the brand's content strategy.
• Photographing and producing professional content for products and marketing campaigns.
• Editing short and long videos for social media platforms.
• Creating creative content for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and X platforms.
• Developing and implementing paid advertising content in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Analyzing content performance and preparing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Understanding social platform algorithms and leveraging them to increase reach and engagement.
• Following trends and applying them in a way that suits the brand identity.
• Training, qualifying, and developing the current content team and improving its efficiency.
• Establishing clear work procedures to ensure the continuity of content quality.
• Contributing to the development of the brand's visual identity and marketing messages.

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of practical experience in content creation and social media management.
• Proficiency in professional photography using mobile phones or professional cameras.
• Strong experience in editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Advanced understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, and X algorithms.
• Experience in performance analysis using various analytical tools.
• Ability to write marketing and advertising content.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage and develop a team.
• Ability to work according to objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Preferred

• Previous experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or e-commerce sector.
• A portfolio showcasing results and achievements.
• Experience in influencer marketing and campaign management.
• Knowledge of creative product photography basics.
