About the Role

شركة عنان السحاب العقارية is seeking a skilled Real Estate Officer to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to the efficient management and operation of our real estate assets, aiming to maximize investment returns and enhance property value through diligent oversight and client engagement.

Role Overview

The Real Estate Officer will be responsible for client interaction and the effective management of real estate assets. This includes ensuring optimal investment returns, maintaining properties to improve their market value, overseeing daily operations, coordinating with both clients and tenants, and ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Property Management:
  • Receive clients at the office and present property offers.
  • Supervise daily property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
  • Ensure property upkeep and coordinate periodic and emergency maintenance with specialized teams.
  • Prepare and implement property improvement plans to enhance market value.
• Lease Contract Administration:
  • Prepare and review contracts, ensuring compliance with lease terms.
  • Monitor and follow up on the timely collection of rents and other payments.
  • Address tenant disputes and resolve complaints professionally and effectively.
• Client and Tenant Relations:
  • Provide necessary support and services to tenants and clients to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Communicate with property owners and investors regarding property performance and future needs.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting:
  • Prepare periodic reports on property performance, including revenues and expenses.
  • Analyze financial data and provide recommendations to improve property investment performance.
  • Develop operating budgets and financial forecasts.
• Marketing and Leasing:
  • Develop marketing strategies to attract new tenants and minimize unit vacancies.
  • Evaluate the local market to ensure competitive rents and services.
• New Client Acquisition:
  • Conduct field visits in areas near the branch to identify potential new clients and property owners.
• Compliance and Regulations:
  • Ensure adherence to local laws and regulations pertaining to property management.
  • Monitor the renewal of necessary licenses and contracts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience: Practical experience in the real estate sector.
• Strong analytical skills for financial data management.
• Proficiency in using computer software, property management systems, and related applications.
• Familiarity with the English language.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
