About the Role

AlBusaili ElectroMechanical Works Co. is seeking a Site Supervisor to join their team in Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing daily site activities, coordinating work teams, and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently while adhering to quality and safety standards. The Site Supervisor will report directly to the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and assign tasks to work teams.
• Monitor work progress against established project plans and schedules.
• Identify site requirements for manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Monitor employee attendance, performance, and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality requirements on site.
• Prepare daily reports detailing completed work, outstanding tasks, and any site issues.
• Coordinate effectively with the Project Manager, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Resolve site issues promptly and escalate matters to the Project Manager when necessary.
• Follow up on operation and maintenance activities to ensure all outstanding work is completed.

Qualifications and Experience

• An educational qualification suitable for the role.
• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in operation and maintenance projects is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh and join immediately.
