Project and Sales Manager Required

We are looking for someone with practical experience in project and sales management, preferably with experience in events, exhibitions, and outfitting.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and follow up on their execution from start to finish.
• Deal and negotiate with suppliers and follow up on prices and costs.
• Search for new suppliers and build a reliable supplier base.
• Prepare and review technical and financial proposals.
• Prepare price offers and negotiate with clients.
• Follow up with clients and convert opportunities into actual deals.
• Ability to close deals and achieve sales.
• Follow up on projects after contracting and coordinate between the client, team, and suppliers.
• Monitor costs and profit margins for each project.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales and projects.

Requirements:

• Actual experience in project and sales management.
• Experience in dealing and negotiating with suppliers.
• Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals and price offers.
• High skill in negotiation and closing deals.
• Ability to withstand work pressure and work on more than one project at the same time.
• Proficiency in using Excel and Word, and good knowledge of preparing price offers.
• Previous experience in events, exhibitions, booths, decor, or outfitting is preferred.
