Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent diploma.
- Certified professional license from a Saudi authority.
- Relevant working experience or certified professional accreditation is preferred.

What You Will Be Doing

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service.
• Ensure maximum revenue through up-selling and excellent guest interactions.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with their requests.
• Handle room reservation requests and maintain accurate information in the system.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only for the Tamayyaz Program.
• No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic English skills and a strong passion for the Hospitality field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be a team player and able to work flexibly.
• Ability to focus on guest needs with a calm and courteous demeanor.

Additional Information

• Prior experience with Opera or related systems is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and fluency in English are highly valued.
