About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our infrastructure and building projects team. This full-time position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role involves implementing, coordinating, and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) workflows for large-scale projects in the region. The BIM Specialist will serve as a technical resource, ensuring project models meet Parsons' standards, client requirements, and international BIM frameworks, facilitating digital delivery excellence between design teams, project managers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, configure, and maintain BIM project models and templates to ensure correct structure for multi-disciplinary coordination.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings, conduct regular clash detection and interference analysis using Navisworks, and collaborate with design teams to resolve technical conflicts.
• Implement and enforce the Project BIM Execution Plan (BEP), ensuring adherence to established Level of Development (LOD) standards and naming conventions by all internal teams and external contractors.
• Oversee the integration of non-graphical asset data within BIM models to support downstream 4D (scheduling), 5D (cost), and 6D (facility management) requirements.
• Conduct regular quality control audits on 3D models and extracted 2D documentation to verify accuracy, integrity, and compliance with project delivery standards.
• Provide technical support, mentoring, and troubleshooting guidance to engineers and modelers on BIM software and digital workflows.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in BIM implementation and coordination on large-scale infrastructure, buildings, or mega-projects.
• Must be willing to relocate or be based full-time in Tabuk, KSA.

Required Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, and BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).
• Experience with Civil 3D, Dynamo, or Bentley MicroStation/OpenBuildings is a significant advantage.
• Deep understanding of international BIM standards, such as ISO 19650, and openBIM principles including IFC and COBie.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively convey complex technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
• Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.

Additional Information

Professional certifications in BIM (*, Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS) are highly desirable. This is a full-time position located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, requiring 5-10 years of relevant experience.
