The Role of Cluster Public Relations Manager

Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Cluster Public Relations Manager for Raffles & Fairmont The Red Sea. This full-time role, based in the Tabuk region, involves developing and executing the public relations strategy for both hotels. The manager will be responsible for managing media relationships, overseeing high-impact events, and ensuring consistent internal and external communication that aligns with brand and corporate standards. The position acts as the guardian of the hotels' public image, focusing on its protection, elevation, and amplification.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and manage the annual or half-yearly PR action plan and budget.
• Drive proactive PR initiatives to maximize brand exposure for both properties.
• Ensure property-level PR activities align with corporate direction and brand standards.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, influencers, and media representatives.
• Draft and approve press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
• Organize press conferences, interviews, media appearances, and host press events at the hotels.
• Monitor media coverage and track the performance of PR campaigns.
• Lead the preparation, organization, and follow-up for all PR events.
• Represent the hotels at conferences, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support Rooms, F&B, and Banquet sales through strategic PR initiatives.

Communication and Brand Alignment

• Develop and implement crisis communication strategies to effectively manage reputational risks.
• Keep hotel staff informed of relevant company and brand updates.
• Support internal communications and contribute to corporate publications.
• Collaborate with other Accor properties on cross-marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with Corporate Public Relations on group initiatives and participate in annual PR workshops.
• Maintain a strong understanding of brand positioning and group standards.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in public relations, preferably within the hospitality sector. This role requires a professional with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies, manage media relations, and handle crisis communications effectively. Strong communication skills and a strategic approach to brand image management are essential.
