The Role: Demi Chef De Partie

As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will contribute to the culinary team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, in a full-time capacity. This role involves assisting in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes within an assigned culinary section. You will work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure efficient culinary operations, maintain hygiene standards, and support junior team members in adhering to Red Sea Global Hospitality's culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of food according to specifications set by the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef.
• Ensure all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality, consistency, and taste.
• Support the Chef de Partie in managing and organizing the assigned culinary section, ensuring a clean, efficient, and safe working environment.
• Help monitor stock levels and inventory for the section, ensuring all ingredients are fresh and well-maintained.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the section, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior culinary team members to ensure high standards of performance.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of food, ingredients, and culinary equipment to avoid waste and prevent contamination.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient service and timely delivery of dishes.
• Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas to improve the variety and quality of dishes offered to guests.
• Perform additional duties as required to ensure smooth and efficient culinary operations.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Demi Chef de Partie position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a culinary role, demonstrating proficiency in food preparation and kitchen operations.
