Lead MEP Technical Office Manager

About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Lead MEP Technical Office Manager to oversee MEP technical activities for construction projects in Tabuk, specifically in Umluj and Tabuk cities. This full-time role is critical for ensuring compliance with approved designs, specifications, codes, and overall project requirements. The position involves leading a team and managing various technical documentation and coordination tasks.

Role Overview

The Lead MEP Technical Office Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive management of MEP technical documentation and coordination. This includes overseeing MEP shop drawings, material submittals, Requests for Information (RFIs), BIM/clash coordination, design reviews, and providing essential site technical support. The role requires a professional with 5-10 years of experience in a similar capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise MEP Technical Office Engineers and other technical staff.
• Review and coordinate MEP shop drawings, IFC drawings, as-built drawings, and all technical submissions.
• Manage material submittals, RFIs, technical clarifications, and secure consultant approvals.
• Coordinate various MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, ELV, and BMS.
• Ensure effective coordination of MEP works with architectural, structural, civil, and other project disciplines.
• Identify and resolve design clashes, constructability issues, and technical problems encountered on site.

Experience and Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in MEP technical office management within construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and manage complex MEP documentation processes.
• Strong understanding of construction project lifecycle and technical requirements.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in the Tabuk region of Saudi Arabia, with work locations in Umluj and Tabuk cities.
