Role Summary

Red Sea Global is seeking a Manager Finance for its ADRENA subsidiary. This full-time role involves managing financial operations, planning, and reporting activities for ADRENA. The Manager Finance will ensure effective budgeting, financial controls, cost tracking, and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. This position is critical in supporting strategic and operational decision-making through financial insight and analysis within a high-energy entertainment environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation processes.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, along with detailed variance analysis.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and all relevant regulatory requirements.
• Monitor operating expenditures and implement effective cost control initiatives.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, coordinating closely with various department heads.
• Manage financial audits and address any findings or recommendations.
• Coordinate activities related to payroll, procurement, and vendor payments.
• Develop financial models and dashboards to support management decisions and strategic planning.
• Support capital expenditure planning and comprehensive asset management.
• Supervise finance team members, fostering their continuous professional development.
• Provide strategic input to the Department’s strategy from the Section or Unit perspective, aligning with ADRENA’s vision and mission.
• Develop Section or Unit objectives, KPIs, and annual operational plans, ensuring performance targets are met.
• Contribute to the Section or Unit’s budget preparation and monitor its financial performance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to Section or Unit policies and procedures, overseeing performance and KPI communication.
• Ensure effective staffing, development, and deployment of Section or Unit employees in coordination with higher management.

Required Experience

Candidates for the Manager Finance position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in financial management, operations, and reporting.
