Role Overview and Commitment

Kyra is seeking a freelance Campaign Manager to lead a single fashion campaign specifically for the Saudi market, scheduled to run in May. This engagement is a pilot project; while there may be scope for continued work if the client extends, no commitments beyond May are currently confirmed. The role requires end-to-end ownership of the campaign, focusing on achieving scoped organic objectives and hitting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) solely through creator content, without paid boosting. This position is based in Faisaliyah North District, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.

The role is structured for a duration of 8 weeks with a possible extension, requiring 10+ hours per week. Working hours are not fixed, necessitating flexibility to respond to campaign needs, including onboarding creators and reacting to client feedback or incoming content within approximately 2 hours. This role is suited for a self-directed freelancer who can adapt to a dynamic campaign rhythm rather than requiring a rigid schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full campaign lifecycle for a fashion brand, from initial brief to final wrap report.
• Achieve scoped organic performance targets, including engagement rate, view-through, saves, Click-Through Rate (CTR), and earned media value.
• Oversee campaign timeline, budget, approvals, and Gross Profit Margin (GPM) against set targets.
• Develop casting shortlists aligned with brand archetype, campaign goals, and creator vertical for the Saudi market.
• Lead creator negotiations, proactively securing added-value assets to maximize campaign value.
• Manage all creator contracting and communications throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and Saudi cultural nuances.
• Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the client, maintaining clear and proactive communication with an approximate 2-hour response window for feedback and content.
• Identify and communicate account health signals and growth opportunities to the internal team.
• Track performance within Kyra's platform and translate data into live optimizations.
• Produce actionable wrap insights to inform future campaigns.
• Operate fluently within Kyra, the proprietary AI-enabled platform, without relying on workarounds or shadow systems.
• Utilize AI tools to drive efficiency, identifying and automating repetitive manual tasks.
• Actively contribute feedback to product and development teams to enhance platform tools.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign management.
• Direct experience managing campaigns for fashion brands.
• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Strong cultural competency and trend knowledge specific to the Saudi market.
• Proven experience in creator negotiation and contracting.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving organic performance KPIs.
