About the Role

SAMA Holding Co - SAMA Construction ** is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position for a professional with 5-10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction sector.

Role Overview

The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all quality-related activities for projects, ensuring compliance with project requirements, international standards, and codes. This role involves leading a multidisciplinary QC team and implementing robust quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage the Project Quality Plan, quality procedures, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), method statements, and material technical submittals.
• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Quality Control (QC) team.
• Ensure inspections, audits, and quality reviews are effectively conducted.
• Verify that materials, equipment, and consumables comply with approved specifications and standards.
• Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and support continual improvement initiatives.
• Review subcontractors’ quality management systems, inspection reports, checklists, and test packages.
• Ensure proper documentation of all inspection activities.
• Participate in pre-commissioning and commissioning inspections.
• Ensure site activities comply with applicable project requirements, codes, and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology.
• ISO 9001:2015 certification is required.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable international standards and codes.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience in a QA/QC management role.

This full-time position is based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
