About the Role

Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor Procurement MEP to join their team in Tabuk. This full-time role is essential for ensuring the quality and compliance of all purchased materials and products within the procurement process, specifically focusing on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) components.

Role Purpose and Context

The Procurement Quality Control Supervisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control measures, conducting inspections, and collaborating with vendors to uphold high standards. The individual will work closely with the procurement team to establish and enforce quality control procedures, assess supplier performance, and drive continuous improvement in the procurement process.

Key Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and oversee vendor inspection activities in accordance with the contract scope of work.
• Ensure that inspections align with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for vendor inspections.
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials, products, and services provided by vendors.
• Ensure vendors adhere to applicable industry standards, regulations, and contractual obligations.
• Address non-compliance issues promptly and work with vendors to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project scope of work, including building construction projects, utilities, and infrastructure.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
• Demonstrated experience in quality control within procurement, particularly with MEP materials and products.
• Proven ability to supervise vendor inspection activities and manage quality control processes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, with Saudi Pan Kingdom Company - SAPAC. The role involves close collaboration with the procurement team and external vendors.
