Jayasom Wellness Resort Amaala is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Resort Manager / Director of Operations. Located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, this full-time position is central to upholding the resort's commitment to wellness and luxury service standards. The resort aims to deliver an exceptional guest experience within a framework of operational excellence and sustainability.

Role Overview

The Resort Manager / Director of Operations supports the General Manager in implementing Jayasom’s strategic vision, operational initiatives, and service standards. This role involves leading and overseeing all operational departments to ensure excellence in guest experience and overall performance. A primary objective is to maximize resort efficiency, occupancy, revenue, and business performance while actively promoting Jayasom’s wellness and sustainability culture.

General Management Responsibilities

  • Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with team members, guests, ownership, and the corporate office.
  • Foster a collaborative, professional, and high-performing work environment across all departments.
  • Lead, coach, and develop teams to achieve operational excellence and company objectives.
  • Promote teamwork, accountability, continuous development, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Participate in meetings, support business objectives, and drive continuous improvement processes.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support comprehensive resort operations.

Key Operational Oversight

  • Oversee the daily operations of Guest Experiences, Resort Caretakers, Engineering & Landscape, Gourmet Kitchen, and Gourmet Services.
  • Ensure all departments operate in line with Jayasom’s service standards, policies, and operational objectives.
  • Lead department heads to deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maximize resort occupancy, revenue, and operational efficiency through effective planning and performance management.
  • Develop and manage departmental business plans, budgets, revenue targets, and operational reports.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the resort’s facilities, safety, cleanliness, and service quality meet luxury standards.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies while driving continuous operational improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in resort management or a similar operational leadership capacity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in managing diverse operational departments, fostering team development, and achieving business objectives within a luxury hospitality environment. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this position.

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a commitment to maintaining high operational standards and contributing to a guest-centric culture within the resort environment.
