About the Role

Napco National is seeking a Sales Executive to join our team in Tabuk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience who are ready to contribute to our sales operations and customer engagement within the region.

Role Purpose

The Sales Executive plays a crucial role in expanding the company's market presence by actively selling products to an assigned customer base. This position involves direct customer interaction, managing sales processes, and providing valuable feedback on market dynamics and competitor activities to support strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell the widest range of company products to assigned customers and provide feedback on competitive activity within the area.
• Ensure the proper implementation of planograms at customer locations.
• Issue special order requests as needed.
• Collect invoices in accordance with the company’s aging policy.
• Prepare all necessary documents for the call cycle or business review before market visits.
• Detect and report new potential customers in the assigned area to the team leader.
• Engage and sell to all potential customers within the territory.
• Handle customer complaints and report them to the sales team leader.
• Present customer orders to the team leader and daily collection reports to the distributor or accountant.
• Issue return forms for defective products, obtaining approval from a superior before actual return.
• Report any problems or objections encountered that could not be resolved independently to the team leader.
• Review customer account reconciliations on a quarterly basis and secure customer signatures/approvals.
• Perform inventory checks during every visit, covering both warehouses and shelves.

Required Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer-facing role.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role requires regular travel within the Tabuk region to visit assigned customers and manage sales activities directly in the field.
