About NEOM Green Hydrogen Company

NEOM Green Hydrogen Company (NGHC) is a joint venture formed by Air Products, ACWA Power, and NEOM. This partnership is developing an $ billion green hydrogen-based ammonia production facility in Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The project integrates renewable solar, wind, and storage power to produce green ammonia for global export, with operations scheduled to commence in 2026.

The Role: Security Foreman

The Security Foreman is a full-time position responsible for ensuring the effective functioning of all security operations and systems throughout assigned shifts. This role involves overseeing daily security operations, managing incidents, implementing post instructions, and coordinating security activities across NGHC sites, including GHE, Solar, and Wind facilities. The Security Foreman will manage day-to-day shift operations while upholding high standards of safety, security, and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor all security staff during assigned shifts.
  • Conduct routine checks of security posts, occurrence books, and personnel.
  • Perform risk assessments in coordination with end-users, safety teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Oversee all shift security operations and remain on call as required.
  • Review and report on security policies, procedures, and operational instructions.
  • Maintain operational standards for personnel, equipment, and security assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all NGHC EHS&S procedures.
  • Brief, deploy, and assign teams and individuals to operational tasks.
  • Supervise daily security activities as directed by the Security Manager.
  • Oversee Entry Control Points, Emergency Response, Traffic Management Teams, Building Security Officers, Visitor Centre operations, and other security functions.
  • Monitor technical security systems, identify deficiencies, and report faults.
  • Ensure effective use of Proof of Presence technology and supervise security patrols.
  • Respond to security incidents and coordinate follow-up actions.
  • Prepare incident reports, operational reports, and security registers.
  • Liaise with emergency services when required.
  • Deliver high standards of customer and employee service.
  • Monitor security service provider performance against agreed KPIs and provide reports to Security Management.
  • Maintain the operational competence of security personnel through continuous assessment, training, exercises, and testing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Technically based degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a high-pressure security environment.
  • Leadership or people management training, or demonstrated operational leadership capability.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within an industrial environment is preferred.

  • Previous industrial security experience.

  • Interest in security technology and computer systems.
  • Accurate reporting and record-keeping skills.
  • Logical thinker with a professional approach to all aspects of the role.
  • Port Facility Security Officer (PFSO) certification (GHE only).
  • Must hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Security License.
  • Valid driving license with a safe driving record for the previous 24 months.
  • Ability to provide a 3-year verifiable employment history.
  • Successful completion of HCIS screening and authorization.
  • Completion of Government Medical Test and Police Clearance / HCIS background check.

This is a full-time position based in Oxagon, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia.
