Senior Supervisor Cost Control

About the Role

Red Sea Global is seeking a Senior Supervisor Cost Control for Botanica, its subsidiary specializing in sustainable greenery across Red Sea Global’s destinations. This full-time role is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and is responsible for owning the monthly closing cycle and the end-to-end costing function within a structured SAP costing environment. The Senior Supervisor will ensure accurate cost allocation and reliable Gross Profit/Profitability reporting at the revenue-stream and contract levels.

Role Context

Operating within Botanica's Finance function, the Senior Supervisor – Cost Control & Accounting ensures the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, and cost control activities. This position supports Botanica's expanding operations, including landscaping, nursery, and floristry, by providing timely financial insights and maintaining strong financial governance. The role involves close collaboration with operational departments, project teams, procurement, and Group RSG Finance to monitor financial performance, control costs, support business planning, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. As a supervisory position, it contributes to continuous improvement initiatives, strengthens internal controls, supports audit activities, and aligns financial processes with Botanica's growth objectives and RSG financial standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end costing close in SAP, including cost allocations, activity price runs, overhead cycles, and Internal Order settlement.
• Oversee the monthly allocation of Cost Center costs (labor, depreciation, overhead) to Orders and revenue streams.
• Manage Production and Trading costing, including Finished Goods valuation, production variance, and Trading COGS for Plant Trading.
• Maintain contract-level profitability tracking for Landscape Maintenance and ensure intercompany transactions adhere to agreed transfer pricing.
• Prepare Gross Profit and Profitability-by-Revenue-Stream reporting against budget, supporting management reporting and KPIs.
• Strengthen cost allocation controls, including independent review and sign-off of monthly allocations.
• Act as the SAP Controlling (CO) module lead, supporting system implementation and driving automation of manual processes.
• Maintain General Ledger accounts and ensure accurate GL postings across revenue and cost streams.
• Support revenue recognition and reconciliation by revenue stream, tying Revenue GLs to Cost Center activity.
• Perform GL account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies prior to month-end close.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiency.
• Act as the focal point between Botanica Finance and Group RSG Finance to ensure consistency and alignment in financial reporting and controls.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in cost control and accounting functions.
