About the Role

Al-Dawaa Pharmacies is seeking a Data Entry professional to join their team in Taif. This is a full-time position focused on maintaining accurate records within the company's systems.

Role Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the accurate collection and entry of data into databases. This includes maintaining precise records within the WM system and other relevant computerized tools, contributing to the overall efficiency of pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate commercial invoices, Advance Shipping Notices (ASN), and Purchase Order (PO) data.
• Generate pharmacy orders using the auto-replenishment system.
• Process and dispatch Received Shipment Data (RSD) notifications after verifying all associated data, including GTIN, Batch, and Quantity.
• Post all SAP documents, such as Inbound Delivery (IBD), Outbound Delivery (OBD), and Transfer Order (TO).
• Print customer invoices and any other necessary related documents.
• Report on all daily follow-up tasks, reviewing data for deficiencies or errors.
• Correct any data incompatibilities and provide immediate feedback to the Warehouse supervisor.
• Ensure the proper use of office equipment and report any malfunctions.
• Comply with data integrity and security policies.

Experience and Qualifications

Candidates are expected to have between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a data entry or similar administrative role. A strong understanding of data management principles and attention to detail are essential for success in this position.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Taif. The role operates within the Al-Dawaa Pharmacies network, contributing to the efficient functioning of their supply chain and record-keeping processes.
