The Role: Installation & Delivery Specialist

Foodics is hiring an Installation & Delivery Specialist for a full-time position in Taif, Makkah Province. This role involves working directly with customers to manage software installations, hardware setups, product training, and on-demand issue resolution. The ideal candidate will have 0-1 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service to both new and existing clients.
• Address customer needs at their locations for all Foodics Services, including RMS, Pay, and Online.
• Conduct site visits to clients' premises to ensure service quality.
• Manage location-specific onboarding processes, installations, training sessions, equipment replacements, and support requests.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve escalated client tickets and provide on-demand support.
• Handle requests promptly and within the company's Service Level Agreement (SLA).
• Work closely with outlet teams and operations for both on-demand and general client support requests.

Candidate Profile

The role requires individuals who are tech-passionate and people-oriented, capable of interacting effectively with customers. Candidates should possess 0-1 years of relevant experience.
