Role Overview

Abdul Latif Jameel is seeking a Toyota Technician to join the team in Makkah, specifically in Taif or Makkah city. This full-time role involves performing mechanical repair services and related tasks within the service center. The primary objective is to achieve targets in customer satisfaction and gross service sales by adhering to company standards and operating procedures. This position is suitable for candidates with 0-1 year of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical repairs as per customer requests, ensuring proper execution under the supervision of the Chief Technician and within promised delivery times and estimated costs.
• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections and evaluations using appropriate tools and equipment to assess damage and repair scope.
• Participate in resolving complex technical problems with assistance from Team Leaders (Workshop Production Manager/Chief Technician) through testing and examination.
• Execute after-sales responsibilities, including vehicle repairs and periodic maintenance, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction by adopting a Guest-Centric mindset and delivering high-quality after-sales activities.
• Coordinate with the Job Controller to input correct data, record repairs, and update vehicle delivery status for productivity analysis.
• Receive and understand technical information, service bulletins, and daily functional activities from the Team Leader to enhance technical skills and ensure smooth operations.
• Support center after-sales marketing campaigns, promote Kaizen activities, and adjust to business strategies to achieve set targets.
• Utilize service facilities, tools, and equipment appropriately, ensuring operations comply with safety, welfare, integrity, and branding policies.
• Execute assigned activities according to company standard operating procedures in coordination with center service teams to meet operational targets.

Performance Indicators

• Productivity (standard sold hours vs. attending hours)
• Fix It Right (FIR) – ensuring perfect job completion on the first attempt
• Quality of work, adhering to TMC standards and using correct tools
• Adherence to the 5S concept (Sorting, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) for workplace organization

Qualifications and Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in a relevant field.
• Ability to implement Abdul Latif Jameel and TMC policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to service.
• Understanding and adherence to Service Operation compliance policies.
• Familiarity with Mechanical Kodawari principles.
