About the Role

United Motors Company is seeking a Technician to join their team in Dammam, Eastern Region. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on vehicle inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair activities.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to perform vehicle inspection, maintenance, diagnosis, and repair activities. The Technician will ensure all services are conducted in accordance with manufacturer standards and dealership procedures, maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, servicing, and mechanical repairs.
• Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical faults and maintenance requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out repairs and replacement of defective mechanical components.
• Perform oil changes, brake servicing, suspension repairs, cooling system maintenance, and other general mechanical work.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures, technical specifications, and dealership standards.
• Use workshop tools, equipment, and diagnostic systems safely and correctly.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after repairs to ensure the work has been completed properly.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and work performed.
• Communicate identified vehicle issues and additional repair requirements to the Service Advisor or Workshop Supervisor.
• Ensure all work is completed within the assigned time and productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Comply with company policies, safety procedures, and environmental requirements.
