Are you passionate about finance and hospitality? At Accor, we invite you to take part in our journey towards responsible hospitality. Our hotel, part of a vibrant network of over 45 brands, is seeking a dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate coding and posting of invoices in the system.
  • Verify that all payment requisitions are approved by relevant Department Heads or Division Heads.
  • Post all manual cheques into the system.
  • Schedule and process electronic payments according to approved policies.
  • Update creditors’ reconciliation to ensure alignment with the creditor’s statement.
  • Ensure payment advices are sent out to creditors on time.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing, and speaking).
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and relevant accounting systems.
