The Opportunity: Boom Truck Operator

Coastal Contracting Company is seeking a Boom Truck Operator to join its team. This full-time position is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, and requires 0-1 years of experience in operating heavy equipment.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of the Boom Truck Operator is to safely and efficiently operate and maintain boom trucks. This involves lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting heavy materials and equipment to specified locations. The role is critical in ensuring adherence to safe lifting practices and site regulations, thereby contributing to the smooth and timely execution of project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate boom trucks for lifting, moving, and placing heavy loads in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct daily inspections and routine maintenance of the boom truck to ensure safe and reliable functionality.
• Adhere strictly to established safety procedures and load limits during all lifting operations.
• Assist in the proper securing of loads to prevent damage or accidents during transportation.
• Coordinate effectively with riggers, signalmen, and site supervisors throughout lifting operations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, loads lifted, and maintenance checks.
• Report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately to the appropriate personnel.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, traffic regulations, and occupational safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of experience in operating boom trucks or similar heavy lifting equipment.
• Demonstrated understanding of safe lifting practices and site regulations.
• Ability to perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, supporting projects within the region.
