Raffles Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Buggy Host for its new property, Raffles The Red Sea, located in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is based in the Red Sea Project, a significant development focused on nature-centric resorts. The role involves providing guest transportation and service within the resort premises in Umluj and Tabuk.

Role Overview

Raffles The Red Sea is designed as a sanctuary of refined elegance and luxury, integrating Raffles' service standards with the natural beauty and sustainability principles of Red Sea Global. The Buggy Host will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and comfortable experience for guests as they navigate the resort's various facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and comfortable transportation for guests between villas, dining venues, and other resort facilities using electric buggies.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer personalized service, acting as a resource for information about the destination, resort amenities, and local culture.
• Operate electric buggies safely and responsibly, adhering to resort speed limits, pedestrian safety guidelines, and Saudi Arabian driving regulations.
• Conduct daily pre-shift inspections of buggies, checking battery levels, tire pressure, and cleanliness, and maintain vehicles in excellent condition.
• Assist guests with the careful loading and unloading of luggage and personal items.
• Maintain clear communication with Front Office and Concierge teams to coordinate guest pickups and drop-offs effectively.
• Support the resort's sustainability initiatives by managing vehicle charging efficiently and reporting any mechanical issues that could impact energy consumption.
• Uphold Raffles' grooming and conduct standards in all guest interactions.
