The Red Sea Destination

The Red Sea destination, located along 200 km of coastline between Umluj and Al Wajh in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is being developed as a luxury beachside destination with sustainable practices at its core. The new Four Seasons Resort will be situated on Shura Island, a central hub featuring a yacht marina, leisure and lifestyle facilities, retail offerings, and an 18-hole golf course. The development emphasizes environmental impact minimization, reliance on renewable energy, and extensive conservation zones.

The Four Seasons Resort Red Sea will offer approximately 149 rooms and suites, each providing uninterrupted views of white sand beaches and clear waters. The property includes six restaurant and lounge outlets, meeting and events spaces, a marine discovery center, a Kids for All Seasons area, a full-service spa with a hammam, tennis courts, three outdoor pools with cabanas, and two distinct beaches for families and adults.

The Role of Housekeeping Manager

As the Housekeeping Manager for Golf Villas & Resort at Four Seasons Red Sea, you will lead and manage the entire housekeeping operation across the resort and private villas. This full-time leadership position requires ensuring the consistent delivery of the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and luxury service. The role focuses on maintaining guest rooms, villas, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to Four Seasons standards, creating a flawless and welcoming environment for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage daily operational plans, including efficient scheduling of team members and resource allocation across resort and villa areas.
• Assign responsibilities based on operational needs, team strengths, and guest preferences.
• Ensure seamless coordination between housekeeping, front office, engineering, and other departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, villas, public spaces, and facilities to ensure adherence to Four Seasons standards.
• Oversee training, coaching, and performance development for the housekeeping team, ensuring understanding and delivery of the Four Seasons service culture.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to empower the team and exceed guest expectations.
• Manage daily operations, resolve challenges, and ensure service excellence across the resort and villas through effective communication and strong leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

• College degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory housekeeping role within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
• Previous experience managing villa or resort housekeeping operations is highly preferred.
