Red Sea Sports & Entertainment (RSSE), a subsidiary of Red Sea Global (RSG), is dedicated to providing land and marine experiences at The Red Sea destination. RSSE manages and operates various sports and recreational activities, including water sports (Galaxea), adventure sports (Akun), and general recreation (WAMA). The company plays a central role in the partnership between Red Sea Global and the Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee, focusing on creating inclusive and accessible sports and recreation experiences.

The Role of Manager Finance

The Manager Finance will oversee RSSE's daily financial operations, reporting, and budget control across all its brands and activities. This full-time position, based in Tabuk, specifically in Umluj or Tabuk cities, requires 5-10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. The Manager Finance reports to the Cluster Manager – Finance and is responsible for ensuring accurate transaction recording and control implementation, adhering to IFRS, company policies, and the Delegation of Authority (DoA). The role also involves providing timely financial information to management to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage RSSE's daily finance operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Execute month-end and year-end close processes in SAP, covering accruals, Goods Receipt/Invoice Receipt (GR/IR), vendor advances, and unbilled revenue, submitting closing files for review.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and variance analyses for RSSE as a whole and for each brand.
• Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with brand and operations teams, submitting them for review and approval.
• Monitor Operating Expenses (OPEX) and Capital Expenditures (CAPEX) against approved budgets, escalating any overruns or unbudgeted requests.
• Verify Purchase Requisitions (PRs), invoices, and payments against approved Purchase Orders (POs), Work Completion Certificates (WCCs), and the DoA before approval.
• Ensure Finance reviews pricing, packages, and commercial agreements, and that they are approved under the DoA.
• Prepare intercompany recharges and reconciliations with RSG entities and partners, and follow up on collections.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, VAT/ZATCA regulations, and internal control requirements.
• Support internal and external audits, and follow up on audit findings until closure.
• Prepare financial analyses, Return on Investment (ROI) assessments, and dashboards to support management decisions.
• Support CAPEX tracking and maintain an accurate fixed asset register.
• Supervise and develop the RSSE finance team, including Specialists and Senior Specialists.

Managerial Contributions

• Provide input to the Department's strategy from the Section's perspective, aligning with RSSE's vision and mission.
• Contribute to the development of the Section's objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational plans, ensuring targets are met.
• Participate in budget preparation and monitor financial performance.
• Implement and ensure adherence to finance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with higher management to ensure proper staffing and development of the Section's personnel.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in the hospitality, tourism, or entertainment sectors is preferred.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Tabuk, with operations in Umluj and Tabuk cities. The role involves working within a dynamic subsidiary of Red Sea Global, focusing on sports and entertainment experiences.
