SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, is a luxury hospitality destination located on the Red Sea coast in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The resort features 150 keys, five Food & Beverage venues, and a spa. It aims to provide a blend of dining, entertainment, and relaxation experiences. Role Summary

The Outlet Manager is responsible for the operational success, guest experience, and team performance of a signature Food & Beverage venue at SLS The Red Sea. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring service standards, and driving commercial performance. The manager will work with F&B leadership and other hotel departments to deliver dining experiences and contribute to outlet profitability and evolution.

Core Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring coordination across all areas including floor and bar.
• Ensure consistent delivery of guest experiences in line with brand standards and service philosophy.
• Maintain a strong presence during service, building relationships with guests, regular patrons, and VIPs.
• Address guest feedback and concerns effectively.
• Uphold standards for outlet ambiance, service delivery, product presentation, cleanliness, and hygiene.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for venue maintenance.
• Drive revenue performance through upselling, menu engineering, and seat utilization.
• Manage operational costs via inventory control, ordering, labor scheduling, and wastage management.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, and cost of goods, ensuring accurate reporting and budget alignment.
• Support annual business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reviews.
• Partner with Marketing for promotional events, seasonal concepts, and brand campaigns.
• Build relationships with hotel concierges and external partners to enhance visibility and guest flow.
• Identify and support in-outlet events, private dining, and other revenue-generating opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity for venue positioning and evolution.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, company policies, and local regulations.

Team Leadership and Management

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the outlet team, including supervisors, waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and development of team members.
• Ensure comprehensive training for the team in service standards, menu knowledge, guest interaction, and compliance.
• Plan staffing levels, schedules, and team allocation based on business demand and budget targets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within a luxury hospitality or lifestyle environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in managing and developing a diverse team.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, guest service, and commercial performance drivers.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, inventory, and labor costs.
• Ability to maintain high standards of service, presentation, and hygiene.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based at SLS The Red Sea in Umluj, Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a luxury resort setting, focusing on dynamic Food & Beverage venues.
