About the Role

RIHLA EXPRESS is seeking Bike Riders to join their team in Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position available in multiple cities including Riyadh, Hail, Al Khobar, Al Hafuf, Abha, Al Jubail, and Yanbu. The role involves delivering orders and offers flexible earning plans based on performance.

Compensation Structure

RIHLA EXPRESS offers two primary earning plans for Bike Riders: a per-order rate and a target-based salary. Candidates can choose the earning mode that best suits their preferences.

• Per-Order Plan:

  • 400–500 Orders: SAR 9 per order
  • 500–600 Orders: SAR 10 per order
  • 600+ Orders: SAR 11 per order

• Target-Based Salary:

  • 450 Orders: SAR 3,800 salary
  • 550 Orders: SAR 4,500 salary
  • 605+ Orders: SAR 5,200 salary

Key Responsibilities

• Execute timely delivery of orders to customers.
• Adhere to daily duty schedules, typically 12 hours per day.
• Maintain a consistent work schedule of 27 working days per month.
• Manage fuel expenses as part of the rider's responsibility.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for the Bike Rider position should meet the following criteria:

• Valid Iqama.
• Valid Saudi Motorcycle License.
• Possession of own motorcycle or willingness to rent a company vehicle/bike.
• Experience level: 1-4 years.
• Open to all nationalities.

Work Environment

This full-time role operates across various cities in Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Hail, Al Khobar, Al Hafuf, Abha, Al Jubail, and Yanbu. The work schedule requires 12 hours of duty per day for 27 days a month, providing a structured yet performance-driven environment.
