About Total Safety
Total Safety is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its team in the Al Madinah region. This contract position is critical for managing client relationships and driving sales growth within the designated areas of Yanbu and Medina.
Role Overview
The Sales Account Manager is responsible for cultivating and expanding client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role involves comprehensive account management, from strategic planning to direct client engagement and conflict resolution, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients.
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
- Develop positive relationships and handle customers’ needs.
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare reports and track accounts, targets, and transactions.
- Prepare sales account plans, proposals, cost sheets, and quotations for clients.
- Monitor sales metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.
- Set, track, and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives.
- Attend client meetings, deliver sales presentations to end-users and high-level executives, including site visits.
- Work as part of a team and ensure necessary actions are undertaken in a timely manner.
- Lead and train other members of the account team, as and when required.
- Lead project management activity, as and when required.
- Complete administrative work, as and when required.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in sales account management or a related field. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to business development, and the ability to manage complex client relationships effectively.
Work Arrangement
This is a contract position based in the Al Madinah region, with primary coverage in Yanbu and Medina. The role involves regular client interactions and site visits within these areas.
