System Administrator (SAP/APMS) RCM Project Support

About the Role

HUDSON is seeking an experienced System Administrator with a background in SAP and IT to support Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) studies and project execution activities. This full-time position is based in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, and involves managing maintenance data, supporting SAP-related functions, and preparing professional reports and presentations for project stakeholders. The role requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support RCM workshops and reliability studies by managing equipment and maintenance data.
• Extract, analyze, and validate equipment information, maintenance history, and master data from SAP.
• Coordinate the collection, organization, and maintenance of project documentation and databases.
• Prepare professional reports, dashboards, and project deliverables for management and stakeholders.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for workshops, progress reviews, and executive presentations.
• Support facilitators and project teams with data management, document control, and administrative activities.
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of project records and maintenance information.
• Assist in generating equipment registers, functional locations, BOMs, and maintenance-related reports from SAP.
• Collaborate with Reliability, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to support project objectives.
• Provide general IT support related to project execution, data handling, and digital tools.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP systems, particularly in data extraction and report generation.
• Background in IT support and data management.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in managing equipment and maintenance data.
• Ability to analyze and validate data from various sources, including SAP.
• Strong organizational skills for project documentation and database management.
• Competence in preparing professional reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment

This role involves working within project teams supporting RCM studies and project execution. The System Administrator will collaborate with Reliability, Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to achieve project objectives.
