Job Title

Sales Specialist – Remote

Nature of Work

Communicate with customers interested in the company's services and convert inquiries and sales opportunities into actual bookings and sales through phone calls and WhatsApp.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone calls and WhatsApp to answer customer inquiries and clearly explain services, prices, and offers.
• Follow up with interested customers and do not neglect sales opportunities.
• Persuade the customer and close the sale or booking.
• Record and follow up on customer data and the status of each customer.
• Re-contact customers who have not completed their booking.
• Adhere to a professional and fast style in responding and communicating.
• Submit periodic reports on calls, messages, and achieved sales.

Work System

The work is fully remote and does not require attendance at the company headquarters, with adherence to the specified working hours and presence and response during working hours.

Target

The job is linked to a clear monthly sales target, and the employee's performance is evaluated based on achieving the target, in addition to the number of customers contacted and the conversion rate of customers to sales.

Requirements

• Good experience or skill in sales and customer service.
• High ability to persuade and close sales.
• Excellent style in calls and WhatsApp.
• Speed in following up.
• Commitment to working hours and the monthly target.
• Ability to withstand work pressure and a large number of customers.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or remote sales is preferred.
