🎯 Job Summary:
The Little Manager project is seeking an operational and commercial leader, male or female, with a leadership and entrepreneurial mindset, professionalism, and excellent communication skills, to manage the project and oversee operational, marketing, sales, and technical aspects.

We are looking for someone who not only manages daily operations but also has the ability to seize opportunities, build partnerships, represent the project to schools, entities, and partners, and appear on social media platforms when needed, while contributing to expansion within and outside the Kingdom.

The candidate will work within a multi-track educational and التربوي project, in collaboration with a group of leaders in childhood, education, and technology in the Arab world.

  • Financial track for children.

  • Values, behavior, and character building track.

  • Technical track from computer basics to programming and robotics.

  • Digital safety and cybersecurity track for children.

  • Educational and interactive books and boxes.

  • In-person and remote courses and programs.

  • Project's educational and digital platforms.

📋 Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end project management operationally, marketing, sales, and technically.

  • Developing work and expansion plans, and following up on their implementation with teams.

  • Overseeing the sales team, targets, visits, sales opportunities, and conversion rates.

  • Overseeing marketing, social media, advertising campaigns, and content creation.

  • Following up on the technical production line, including designs, print materials, books, and boxes.

  • Following up on the development and operation of educational and digital platforms in coordination with developers.

  • Overseeing the CRM system, monitoring data entry, customer segmentation, and tracking opportunities until deal closure.

  • Ensuring documentation of visits, calls, notes, and customer status within CRM.

  • Analyzing sales and customer data, extracting reports, and measuring conversion rates.

  • Representing the project to schools, associations, government and private entities, and partners.

  • Appearing or participating in project promotional content when needed.

  • Seeking strategic opportunities and partnerships within and outside the Kingdom.

  • Coordinating between sales, marketing, content, training, design, customer service, and development teams.

  • Monitoring the quality of in-person and remote program execution and improving customer experience.

  • Preparing periodic reports on performance, challenges, opportunities, and results.

🎯 Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or business management.

  • Experience in the education, training, childhood, technology, or B2B sales sector is preferred.

  • Good understanding of educational and digital platform management, and the ability to follow up with development teams without requiring the candidate to be a programmer.

  • Experience or good understanding of CRM systems such as Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

  • Ability to organize the sales pipeline within CRM and monitor team performance.

  • Good understanding of marketing, sales, and social media management.

  • Artistic taste and understanding of design basics and visual outputs.

  • High skills in negotiation, persuasion, and building relationships with major entities.

  • Professional presence and high eloquence in speaking and representation.

  • Proactive entrepreneurial and commercial mindset that seeks opportunities and innovates solutions.

  • Proficiency in follow-up and project management tools such as Notion, ClickUp, Excel, or Google Workspace.

  • Ability to manage in-person and remote teams.

  • Willingness to travel and move between regions of the Kingdom or abroad as needed.

📍 Work Details:
