Job Description

AI Implementation Specialist at Jobgether (Partner Company)

Jobgether is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist on behalf of a partner company based in Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to candidates with 0-1 years of experience and offers a competitive salary. The role focuses on designing and implementing AI systems to enhance healthcare technology.

Role Overview and Impact

This position offers the opportunity to help shape the future of healthcare technology by designing reliable, structured AI systems that support clinical decision-making. The specialist will work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, healthcare workflows, and product innovation to transform clinical knowledge into practical AI solutions. This role is instrumental in creating trusted AI-generated documentation experiences that improve provider efficiency and patient care, building governed workflows that move beyond simple prompting into scalable AI architecture.

Key Responsibilities

As an AI Implementation Specialist, you will design, structure, and optimize AI-powered clinical documentation workflows. Your responsibilities include:

  • Design, document, and continuously improve AI Note Templates that support clinical users throughout the patient journey.
  • Build structured AI workflows using GPT-based technologies, including prompt chains, output contracts, and intermediate reasoning structures.
  • Create and maintain retrieval-ready knowledge assets using structured formats such as JSON, ontologies, tagging systems, and retrieval schemas.
  • Convert trusted clinical resources, protocols, articles, and educational materials into governed AI knowledge structures.
  • Develop AI note-generation architectures incorporating templates, provider preferences, clinical rules, retrieval boundaries, patient-specific context, and human review processes.
  • Partner with product, engineering, and clinical teams to define AI strategy and improve intelligent clinical features.
  • Help transform AI-generated outputs into polished clinical artifacts rather than unstructured responses.
  • Support prototype development and contribute technical implementation when applicable.
  • Design safety frameworks and guardrails that improve AI consistency, explainability, and provider confidence.
  • Contribute to clinical intelligence solutions such as pre-visit summaries, encounter documentation, lab analysis, treatment insights, and follow-up workflows.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate combines knowledge of AI systems, structured data, and healthcare workflows. Essential qualifications include:

  • Proven experience designing structured AI workflows, beyond simple free-text prompting.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, AI workflow design, or applied AI systems.
  • Ability to work directly with JSON, prompt contracts, retrieval schemas, and structured knowledge formats.
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation processes, electronic health records, or healthcare knowledge systems.
  • Experience transforming unstructured information into organized, reusable AI knowledge assets.
  • Strong understanding of how to create AI outputs that are safe, explainable, and trustworthy in healthcare environments.

Essential Skills and Attributes

Candidates should also demonstrate the following skills:

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with product, engineering, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Ability to understand AI limitations and design workflows that improve reliability and consistency.
  • Coding experience is a plus, particularly for prototype development and technical experimentation.

Application Process

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and subsequent steps.
