About the Role

Apple (KSA) is seeking an Apple Channel Store Advisor to join its team in Medina. This full-time role involves supporting the sales, merchandising, and operations within an Apple Shop located in a partner reseller store. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

The Apple Channel Store Advisor plays a key role in building strong relationships with partner staff, influencing their advocacy for Apple, and driving product knowledge, brand awareness, and sales success. This involves providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations, and training partner staff while ensuring all merchandising standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and assist customers in developing relationships with the brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge of Apple products directly with customers, collaborate with partners, and facilitate new product ownership.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by showcasing Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Stay informed on technology initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple's standards.
• Conduct daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.

Work Schedule and Environment

This full-time position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia, requiring 40 hours per week. The work schedule is determined by business needs and includes evenings and weekends.
