Role Summary: Apple Channel Store Advisor

This internship position, based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, involves supporting the sales, merchandising, and operational functions of an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store. The Apple Channel Store Advisor will build relationships with partner staff to enhance product knowledge, brand advocacy, and sales performance. This role is designed for candidates with 0-1 years of experience who are prepared to contribute to Apple's business growth in a multi-branded retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a designated partner store and foster customer engagement with the brand.
• Provide detailed knowledge of Apple products to customers and collaborate with partners to facilitate product adoption.
• Deliver customer service by presenting Apple products, accessories, and services.
• Identify and pursue opportunities to increase brand awareness among new and existing customers.
• Maintain current knowledge of technology trends and initiatives relevant to the customer journey.
• Ensure all Apple fixtures, product displays, and merchandising elements adhere to Apple's standards.
• Conduct daily inspections and maintenance according to guidelines, escalating issues for resolution as needed.
• Educate customers through individual and group product demonstrations, communicate sales promotions, and promote the Apple platform.
