The Role of Area Manager, Saudi Arabia

APM Monaco is seeking an Area Manager for Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading and developing the retail business across the Kingdom. The manager will drive sales performance and operational excellence, ensure a high standard of client experience, maintain visual merchandising, and build and develop high-performing Store Managers and teams to achieve sustainable business growth. The position requires 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and action plans to meet company objectives.
• Drive sales performance across all boutiques and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs.
• Analyze sales reports and business data to identify opportunities and define action plans.
• Set clear business objectives for store managers and monitor performance.
• Develop sales forecasts and strategic plans to support business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on initiatives to drive traffic and sales.
• Propose events and incentives to grow the customer base, focusing on the local market.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities in the region.
• Provide regular market analysis and business reports.
• Ensure operational excellence and consistent execution of company policies across all boutiques.
• Oversee boutique maintenance, presentation, and organization.
• Ensure proper handling and timely receipt of products.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and minimize stock discrepancies.
• Conduct regular boutique visits to review performance and brand standards.
• Implement merchandising guidelines and maintain high visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure consistent execution of visual merchandising strategies with store managers.
• Report product or merchandising issues to relevant teams.
• Ensure new collections and product launches align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure all boutiques deliver a high level of customer service.
• Drive a client-centric culture and support teams in developing long-term client relationships.
• Identify opportunities to improve client experience and increase loyalty.
• Support the execution of VIP events and client-focused initiatives.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain retail teams in partnership with HR.
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers, setting clear expectations.
• Support and follow up on training programs and workshops.
• Evaluate individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback.
• Identify development opportunities and support succession planning for key retail positions.
• Build a positive, collaborative, and performance-driven culture.
