Assistant Manager Mechanical Industrial Construction

About the Role

National Contracting Company (NCC), part of Rezayat Group’s E&C Cluster, is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager for Mechanical Industrial Construction. This full-time position is based in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia and involves leading site mechanical works and equipment installation for NCC T&D KSA projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor mechanical works and equipment installation to ensure alignment with approved procedures.
• Review mechanical drawings and oversee the submission of As-Built drawings to the client.
• Plan and schedule works, and prepare necessary Method Statements, Rigging Plans, and Work Procedures.
• Lead mechanical teams, ensuring effective management of manpower and resources.
• Ensure full compliance with Quality Management System (QMS) and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements.
• Coordinate effectively with Planning teams, Project teams, clients, and subcontractors.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical industrial construction.
• Proven ability to lead site mechanical works and equipment installation.
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings and construction procedures.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time position located in the Eastern region of Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site leadership for mechanical works within industrial construction projects.
