Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its Hotels team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves assisting with the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on delivering guest experiences and supporting overall restaurant management. The position requires 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, and profitability.
• Assist with marketing, budgeting, and the enforcement of policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, and resolve issues to enhance the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, providing coaching, assisting with performance evaluations, and contributing to professional development initiatives.
• Support revenue initiatives by helping to implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
• Assist in the hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members to maintain service standards and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar hospitality role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily operations and contribute to team development.
• Experience in enhancing guest experiences and resolving operational issues.
• Familiarity with implementing marketing strategies and revenue-boosting initiatives.
• Knowledge of health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
