About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on guest experience and operational standards. The role contributes to maintaining service quality and supporting team development within the hospitality environment.

Role Context

The Assistant Restaurant Manager supports the overall management of dining operations. This includes ensuring adherence to guest service standards, maintaining product quality, and contributing to the financial performance of the outlet. The position is integral to delivering consistent guest experiences and supporting the restaurant team.

Responsibilities

• Assist with managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory, cost controls, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
• Help implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to boost food and beverage sales.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new team members to uphold service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring guest and team member wellbeing.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience required: 5-10 years in a relevant field.
