About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves supporting the daily operations of a hotel dining outlet, focusing on guest experience and operational efficiency. The Assistant Restaurant Manager contributes to maintaining service standards and team development within the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory control, cost management, profitability, marketing, budgeting, and policy enforcement.
• Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to monitor service and product quality, address guest feedback, resolve issues, and support improvements to the dining experience.
• Supervise and support team members, provide coaching, assist with performance evaluations, and contribute to professional development initiatives under the Manager’s guidance.
• Support revenue initiatives by helping to implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotions to increase food and beverage sales.
• Assist in the recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members to ensure adherence to service standards and operational excellence.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to ensure the wellbeing of guests and team members.

Qualifications and Experience
