Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Hilton is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations for one of its hotel dining outlets in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing operational standards, ensuring product quality, and delivering guest experiences. The Restaurant Manager will also focus on team development and driving revenue growth within the dining establishment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily outlet operations, including guest service standards, product quality, inventory management, cost controls, and profitability.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, and manage budgeting and marketing initiatives for the dining outlet.
• Monitor service and product quality, assess guest satisfaction, address issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor team members, conduct performance evaluations, and provide professional development opportunities.
• Recognize team achievements to build, retain, and engage a high-performing team.
• Implement marketing strategies, up-selling techniques, and promotional initiatives to maximize food and beverage sales and profitability.
• Lead hiring efforts, conduct interviews, and train new team members to maintain high service standards and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations to uphold guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant role within the hospitality industry.
