Assistant Training Manager (Pre opening)

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Training Manager (Pre-opening) to join its team in Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves managing training initiatives for hotel team members, focusing on delivering memorable guest experiences and upholding hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver hotel training programs in alignment with corporate goals and industry standards. These programs include topics such as harassment-free workplace, diversity, new team member orientation, leadership, and service.
• Conduct meetings with department managers, trainers, and team members to review performance trends, develop action plans, and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing training initiatives, identify opportunities for enhancement, and recommend solutions to address specific department needs.
• Track, maintain, and audit individual team member training records using designated systems and tools.
• Manage and monitor department-specific training programs, including alcohol awareness, food safety, job skills checklists, and educational assistance.
• Supervise and support team members, monitor performance, provide coaching, and foster a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
