About the Role

Alfalak Electronic Equipment & Supplies Co. is seeking an Associate Business System Analyst to join their team in the Eastern region. This full-time role is central to supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of various training programs, courses, seminars, and events within the organization.

Role Overview

The Associate Business System Analyst ensures the smooth operation of training activities, focusing on effective logistical coordination, accurate monitoring, and providing a positive experience for all participants. The position also involves contributing to post-training evaluation processes, analyzing feedback, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to meet established quality and organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of training programs, courses, seminars, workshops, and events.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, material preparation, and participant requirements.
• Monitor training activities to ensure effective and efficient delivery in accordance with established plans and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, trainers, participants, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of all training activities.
• Support participant registration, attendance tracking, communication, and other administrative tasks related to training programs.
• Conduct and coordinate post-training evaluations to measure participant satisfaction and training effectiveness.
• Collect, analyze, and report participant feedback, identifying areas that require improvement.
• Follow up on corrective actions resulting from training evaluations, feedback, and operational observations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, documentation, and performance information related to training activities.
• Identify operational issues and support the timely implementation of appropriate solutions.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing training quality, operational efficiency, and participant satisfaction.
• Prepare and provide regular updates on training activities, progress, issues, feedback, and improvement actions.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and provide an outstanding experience for training participants.

Experience Requirements

Candidates for this position should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity, demonstrating a strong understanding of training coordination and operational support.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role based in the Eastern region, requiring dedicated on-site presence to manage and oversee training operations effectively.
